I would recommend masticmate sealants and his work for a number of reasons. He arrived on time, as mutually agreed. He also reviewed the work and gave a fair price. . Masticmate sealants came round and quoted for resealing all my doors and windows. The original sealants had been poorly done by my builder using cheap materials. The sealants had only lasted 5 years before starting to fall off. Masticmate sealants recommended better construction sealants than had originally been used. The job was done very neatly, quickly and without any fuss. He noticed some other areas such as expansion gaps that had never been sealed and did them whilst he was doing the windows. The price was very competitive. I'm really pleased with the result - especially considering the winter we are experiencing. I'd recommend Masticmate sealants to anyone needing mastic pointing work done. Considering the cost it is not worth not doing it.
